Low-Carb Turkey Legs

Ingredients
2 large Turkey legs, washed and patted dry
1½ tsp. Smoked paprika
½ tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Season salt
Directions
Combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a small bowl.
Rub the spice-sugar mixture all over the turkey legs, making sure to include the flesh under the skin as well.
Place the legs in the CrispLid fryer basket and spritz them with cooking spray.
Put the trivet inside the inner steel pot of your cooker and set the basket on top of it.
Place the CrispLid on the cooker, plug it in, and set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or 200°C).
Cook the turkey legs for about 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Spritz some cooking spray before continuing the cooking process.
Transfer them to serving plates and serve with your favorite greens.
